Young Minds
defeated Dharangadhara Chemical Works (DCW) to win the inaugural edition of
Sterlite Copper Corporate Trophy 2013.
Young Minds
team received the Championship trophy and Rs 30,000 cash award from
Mr.Sudhakar, Senior Vice President, Ind Bharath Power Infra Limited and
Mr.Srinivasan, Vice President, DCW. DCW received the runners up trophy and Rs
20000 cash award.
The
tournament was organised by Sterlite Copper in association with Thoothukudi
District Cricket Association from 15thMarch to 23rd March
2013. The
event was held on league-cum-knock out format with the matches consisting of 20
overs a team.
